Le Nike Ja 3 "Kool-Aid" sono la collaborazione più pazza e più estiva della stagione: una scarpa da basket che profuma di pink lemonade, con un design mismatched che nessuno si aspettava — e che solo Ja Morant poteva annunciare in prima persona la vigilia di Natale.
Ja Morant non aspetta i leak. Li fa lui. Il 24 dicembre 2025, con una foto sui suoi social, ha mostrato al mondo questa collaborazione con Kool-Aid — e l'internet del basket ha smesso di parlare d'altro per settimane. È la terza volta che Ja e Kool-Aid si incontrano su una scarpa Nike (dopo le due Ja 2 "Tropical Punch" e "Mixed Berry" del 2025), ma questa è la più elaborata: un design che racconta una storia, dettaglio per dettaglio.

La scarpa sinistra è Pink Beam — il rosa ciliegia del Kool-Aid alla ciliegia. La scarpa destra è Lemon Venom — il giallo acceso della limonata. Non è un errore di produzione, è esattamente il punto: due scarpe, due gusti, una sola idea. Le fodere, la linguetta e il midsole sono in Deep Royal Blue, il blu istituzionale del logo Kool-Aid, che tiene insieme il mismatch senza farlo sembrare caotico. I dettagli in Hyper Pink e Light Green Spark sulle "A" laterali (il logo di Ja) sono in TPU a rilievo invece del solito pattern ripetuto — un dettaglio che vedi solo avvicinandoti. La suola in gomma traslucente ghiacciata richiama visivamente il ghiaccio in un bicchiere d'estate, con i dettagli di trazione "1" e "2" — i numeri delle due scarpe mismatched.
